Back to School {Gilbert, Arizona Child Photographer}

My baby boy started kindergarten this fall. (Actually, it was summer because our school district is year 'round and we started all the way back in July!!) To celebrate that and commemorate the moment, a good friend and fellow photographer and I got together and styled a fun "Back to School" mini photo shoot.

Sunset Stunner {Gilbert, Arizona Child Photographer}

Last month, it was 110+ degrees outside but we decided to go for a walk and do some exploring...sweet little Maddie, her mom, Caleb and I. While on hiatus this summer I had gotten to a point that I was itching for a reason to get my camera out and take some photos...Soooooo sweet Maddie & the amazing Arizona sunset were the PERFECT reason to take some photos!

Look at those big blue eyes and gorgeous dress...I think she's a perfect excuse for getting my camera back out!!!

Sweet 16 {Scottsdale, Arizona Portrait Photographer}

Oh to be 16 again...AND the be this beautiful! The amazingly lovely Shannon turned 16 earlier this year, on leap day to be exact, and I had the privilege to be able to photograph her to mark this special birthday! This was my second time to be able to photograph her...and she just gets more and more beautiful each time I see her!

Wowza...isn't she just a stunner?!?  And super sweet and amazing to boot! Shannon, you are going to do amazing things...i just know it! 

LOVE and Yummy Sunset Light {Gilbert, Arizona Couples Photographer}

Earlier this summer and I held a contest titled "Summer Lovin'"...I donated a photo session and Ashley of Ashley's Bliss Salon donated a haircut & style for the winning couple. The super amazing & gorgeous couple, Matt & Beth won that contest and they were really such a deserving couple! Other than at their wedding they had never had photos taken of just them together. AND with their 3rd bundle of joy on her way now was a GREAT time to capture their love in photos. 

Aren't these two just amazing?!? I loved their bright clothing, Beth's fierce new hair cut (she cut off about 7-8 inches just before the shoot!!), their fun personalities AND how much they absolutely adore each other. Seriously...this photo shoot was so much fun and the sunset light was just YUMMY!!

Brown Eyed Girl {Gilbert, Arizona Portrait Photographer}

This gorgeous beauty is going places! She's pre-med sophomore at U of A and sweet as can be...along with being drop dead gorgeous!! What really made this session fun was that she was willing to do anything that I threw out at her...we had 4 clothing changes and 3 different locations. We were literally running from one location to another trying to make sure to get the most beautiful sunset lighting...all in 110+ degree heat! AND those eyes of hers...SWOOON!!

 

 Have I told y'all how much I LOVE living in the Desert?!? The lighting is absolutely amazing and the sunsets...ohhhh the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous!
