What to Wear - Engaging Looks

Since I do more than just family photos, I thought that I would put together some looks that would work great for engagement photos. Most engagement sessions include at least 1 outfit change...so here are three looks that work great together! Below you will find a dressy look, a date night look and a casual look.

Turquoise, Funny Faces & Giggles {Gilbert, AZ Family Photographer}

A couple of weeks ago I met up with a wonderfully fun family...mom, dad, twin boys and an adorably sassy 4 year old. We strolled around the park. Hung out at the train tracks and giggled and had so much fun that the kids forgot that we were taking photos...We were just enjoying the afternoon, having fun and making funny faces.

Gift certificates are completely customizable. You first choose a 30 minute mini-session or a full  session. And then you can either purchase a print package, or a print credit to go with the session. If you are a past client of mine I can even customize the gift certificate with a picture from one of your sessions.

What to Wear - Sunny Day edition

I wanted to put together another family look for my "What to Wear" series, and when I started I decided to put together something fun that helped to chase away the dark dreariness of winter! I'm calling this one "Sunny Day" and it's a great pairing of fun, bright yellow, white, black & greys....

Sweetness & Big Blue Eyes {Gilbert, AZ Family Photographer}

Last month I met up with a family that I love to take their family photos. And I was really excited because it was my first chance to meet their new addition, a sweet little 6 month old with the biggest blue eyes that I've ever seen! And her big sister with her beautiful curly red hair and sweet little smile just warmed my heart and made the whole afternoon so enjoyable!  

 The last photo is probably one of my favorite images to date. The lighting, combined with the bright blue eyes and gorgeous colors just make me so happy. Thank you "D" family for letting me spend the afternoon with you and capture memories for your family!

What to Wear - Fall Edition

One of the questions that I get asked most often by my clients is "What should we wear?" And I always like to tell them that there are three important things to always remember:

 

1) Be Comfortable

2) Be Simple

3) ALWAYS be yourself

I thought that every so often I would put together a family look that would help my clients when they are trying to put together looks for themselves. I found some items online that I think have a really great "fall" feeling to them.

I really like the warm, casual look that this has...and it all goes well together giving each individual their own style. I also LOVE seeing great colors paired together...with my photography and editing style it works out awesome!
